As the Director operations of SEBA , he has proved his matchless flair in both financial management as well as Human Resource Management. He is handling the crucial task of human resource planning and Capacity Building. As an effective facilitator he is orchestrating the process of skill-transfer and knowledge diffusion among the work-force of SEBA. By developing a comprehensive manual he is facilitating the workers to construe the fundamental institutional policy and in encrypting the standardized operational intricacies . To be precise he has adopted the role of a pivotal fulcrum around which the entire operational activities are continually revolving in a methodical , systematic and disciplined pattern.

Mr. S P Chakraborty :- Asst. Secretary

He has worked as Secretary in different Co-opt societies, and functioned as Manager in different Tea Garden, and in different Real Estate Groups. At present he is operating as special secretary at Khardha Municipality. Our society is getting enlightened by his knowledge on different managerial concepts.

He is fortified with 30 years experience in UCO Bank as an officer and Branch Manager For the last few years he is attached to SEBA as Director Finance. He has evinced tremendous efficiency and peerless prudence in managing the financial resource of the organization. He is highly proficient in critical functional disciplines like risk-analysis , contingency management , corpus building strategies etc.

Since the point of inception, Mr . Das has rendered prodigious contribution towards the gradual development of our organization. As a highly competent development activist, Mr. Das has played an instrumental role in explicating the vision and mission of SEBA, among our institutional functionaries as well as the community based beneficiaries. Through the seamless execution of community -mobilization, Mr. Das has made the populace of the community regarding the exclusivity and ingenuity of our philosophy as well as operational maneuver. Due to his wonderful pedagogy , the institutional -values of SEBA got permeated through the institutional functionaries , to the community -based beneficiaries and extending towards the broader society outside the realm of our target area. He has engineered the institutional brand- building exercise , and as a result of his strategic positioning , SEBA is being considered as one of the most dependable and client friendly organization in the micro-finance sector.
