As the Director operations of SEBA , he has proved his matchless flair in both financial management as well as Human Resource Management. He is handling the crucial task of human resource planning and Capacity Building. As an effective facilitator he is orchestrating the process of skill-transfer and knowledge diffusion among the work-force of SEBA. By developing a comprehensive manual he is facilitating the workers to construe the fundamental institutional policy and in encrypting the standardized operational intricacies .
